Shipping policy

At MLP, we work process and ship orders as quickly as possible.  

Processing Times

In stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

Special-order, backordered or manufactured drop-shipped items may require additional processing time.

Custom-built or made-to-order products may have extended lead times.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Freight services depending on product size and destination.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Delivery Delays

Mad Labz Performance is NOT RESPONSABLE for delays caused by, shipping carriers, weather, manufacturer delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer!

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of, packaging, shipping label, and damaged item(s).

Lost Packages

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, customers must contact shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier delivery errors.
